        Great gym. Small and a nice quiet gym environment to train in. Has all the essentials. Briar is really nice and always happy to help with anything. Highly recommend if looking for a smaller gym. 24 hour access is great. Price is fair too.

        I joined Phoenix Fitness 14 months ago and it was the best decision I have ever made. I went along to my first session feeling very low in confidence, self esteem and just generally not happy with myself. 14 months later I feel a whole new person. Not only am I fitter but am much happier with myself in general. Briar and Briony are so supportive. They are 'normal' people, no pretenses and are happy to pass on their knowledge, If you are thinking about joining a gym, then definitely take a look here, I would highly recommend these guys at Phoenix Fitness.
