        Tried to get an assessment to quickly have heating solution installed in my home and couldnt even make a booking with the sales person. Tried as per website to book a Saturday by appointment and then 4:30pm. This appeared to be too much effort for the salesperson. Would not want to experience the service if this is the attitude towards booking. Clearly a sale is not of concern.
