        Terrible!! Went to collect our 5m old puppy no one was around after calling out to James. We were able to just walk in & collect our puppy which was very concerning as it should be locked. his blankets smelt like pee & so did he, also he had gashes on his legs which they claim was because our puppy was fretting but we were never told while we were in chch for the week. I will never return my precious baby to this place again!

        Took our dog late minute over the Xmas break which was ideal, place is a 90s throw back Picked up our dog alive, photos were shared over our 2 days away which was nice.

        Awesome ..very helpful and responded to a last minute request for doggie accommodation. Catered for our older dogs special needs and kept him happy..what more could we ask for.
