        They left my property an absolute mess after replacing a power pole and trimming trees were also extremely rude, phoned to make a complaint but they didn't care, left an extreme mess thanks alot mainpower

        Lovely staff but very bad company organization. I have been waiting several months for my connection now, every time I call I get told itll be sorted by the end of the week and this doesnt happen. No clear time frames given for works, while I appreciate that there is a backlog due to COVID a semi-accurate and efficient time frame would be helpful. Poor communication and organization within the company and to the customer has been my experience.

        I often deal with Mainpower for safety disconnects on properties so work can be done of roofs etc. I have always found them very accommodating, helpful and great to deal with in regards to this, much appreciated.
