I phoned the Sunnyside 0800 number to order a sheet of twinwall polycarbonate sheet not long before Christmas 2019. The lady who I talked to was lovely, very friendly, and openly and honestly told me that because of the recent hailstorm in Timaru, polycarbonate was in short supply in the South and I might be waiting until mid January. That was OK with me. While I would have liked to get my tunnelhouse repaired sooner, I could wait. I resigned myself to a bit of a wait. However, I received an email within a day saying they could deliver in the next couple of days. Next day I got a call on my mobile from the friendly truckie who did deliveries. He said he would be happy to carry the sheet up my drive in the pissing rain to get it to me. I was more than surprised at how obliging he was. As it turned out, he backed the truck up my long drive and then carried the sheet into my garage out of the rain. In summary, I can't speak highly enough of the service I received. They didn't over-promise, and definitely over-delivered. I am stoked to be be able to repair my tunnelhouse over Christmas. Thanks heaps to the customer service team and delivery dude from Sunnyside. You guys rock!

Great product, easy to install with the roofing screws recommended. Really helpful when I called even though it was Saturday. Great price compared to Mitre 10, will definitely be buying again from this company.
