We had our female dog stay here and told them that she was on heat when booking, they said that it was okay and they will keep her separate from the other dogs during her stay. the information was not passed on when we finally had her taken in and little more than 2hrs or so I had a phone call from them and told our dog had tied with another male dog. (fortunately that dog was neautered) they asked again if she was on heat, but this was already explained at the start when we booked. We then picked our dog up after her stay and they charged us $50 extra for this incident! Which was demanded from the male dogs owner but passed onto us, instead of kimmys k9s absorbing the cost for their own neglect!! Avoid this kennel at all costs!!! Will not be having our dog stay here again.

Unfortunately I believe the training to deal woth things is lacking you claimed you sit there an untangle mats on dogs and charge 20 for it nothing online stating such U also ask 20 for Medicated bath. With no saying what it is but online its only $10 Ao all that ontop of the fee of $70. You didnt give my boy a haor cut u gave him an absolute butcher of a crew bizz cut

So happy we found this place. Our puppy came back happy after spending a day with them. You can make out by their behaviour if they enjoyed their stay. He smelt good as well, in other places he used to come back stinky. You can tell they maintain this place well. Happy to recommend them to any dog parents.Their pricing is reasonable as well.

Highly recommend,left our lovely fluffy under their care for months for personal reasons. Fluffy is way calmer and showed us few tricks ,also he is well groomed . He is a different dog now ,in a good way. He used to be anxious ,but now he is so easy going. Looks healthy as well.
