        I highly recommend Greg and his services. Greg helped me get into my first home, I was nervous at the thought of the daunting and intimidating process, but found the experience pain free and was at ease the entire time. There was very little work I needed to do myself which was ideal as I wasnt 100% sure on all the steps. I felt very looked after and Greg was very easy going and relaxed. I was expecting a much different more stressful experience!

        My fiance and I recently went through GJ Harkerss & Associates to purchase our first home. Coming into our first meeting with Greg, we thought that the likelihood of being able to purchase our first home was very slim. This soon changed. Greg ran us through a financial survey and quickly showed us that not only was it possible, but we had much more lending capability than we first thought. Throughout the entire process of purchasing our first home, it was reassuring to have Greg in our corner, being able to give us advice and liaise with Real Estate Agents and Lawyers on our behalf. I would highly recommend anybody looking to purchase their first home to book an appointment and chat with Greg. Our process ended with us owning our first home, so worth it.
