        Customer service wasnt welcoming or helpful at all. I am a regular customer of Eastgate BBB, previously it was absolutely great, unfortunately today there was a middle age lady was bit rude. I was requesting to email my receipt, but she didnt. Service wasnt pleasant as well. Shop wasnt busy today, they wasnt crazy busy at all.
