They really know their stuff and always go the extra mile to understand what you need from your website and deliver what you need promptly. Steph makes sure I understand how to use my website and get the most from it. I find all that website stuff so overwhelming. It is comforting to know you have these two down to earth clever people to guide you through it.

I had the pleasure of working with the Catchlight team on a rebrand and new website for Ngaio Marsh House and Heritage Trust. I found the team to have great creative ideas and skills, professional, and they were very friendly and responsive and easy to work with. The final outcome is a new brand and website that has received fantastic feedback. It was a great experience, thoroughly recommended.

I often struggle to write reviews as I have high expectations of services including a high standard of Integrity and Knowledge when I am working with any business professional. However I was thrilled to be asked to write a review on Catchlight Design as they have not only meet my expectations but exceeded them. Stephanie is a word is AMAZING, she is professional, she knows her stuff, her communication either on the phone or via online media is effective and efficient. She has carried me along the journey, developing my idea into a workable website called affidavits R Us. Initially, I first started to see if I could design a website myself, however after 3 months of struggling, my best decision was to contact Stephanie. She was referred to me by Liz and Gary from Skylark Cabin after she designed their website. I did look at other website designers too, however because of the personal recommendation, I had the most confidence spending money with Catchlight Design because of their reputation. I am so glad I did and will always be very grateful to them for their assistance and advice during this process. Sometimes it really does pay to get skilled people to do the work, and this has been one of those times for me! Every cent spent on my website is a cent well spent! Use this company, you will not regret it.

Stephanie has done a wonderful job of tidying up my DIY efforts of my Wix website by updating our homepage to be more user friendly and eye-catching and assisting with finialising call to action and sales funnels that I was struggling to finish off effectively. She has had fantastic ideas to help finish off my current project, helping me think outside the square, more from a customers perspective, has been prompt and supportive with achieving our goals within our limited budget by doing some of it for me, and providing quick youtube info videos for me to finish other things off myself.
