        Had a issue with surface pro 8 they sent it away come back with a damaged screen found the women in charge of returns to be rude and unpleasant would avoid using this store

        Went to buy a Samsung Z Flip for my husband. Talked with Karan was who pretending to be very very busy and doesn't have time to help a customer. And he doesn't wanted to help me buy a phone which made me walk out of the store. Very poor customer service, unprofessional with no work ethics. Needs whole lot of improvement to see how to deal with a customer.
