The worst customer service experience I have had anywhere, ever. Geoff Tiney appears to get his rocks off by arguing with potential customers. Do not walk up to the office with a casual enquiry about either private or insurance work. I wanted to clarify my situation and to find out from him if I should choose him as my approved repairer for my insurance company. He didn't even look at the car, got abrasive and actually said he didn't need to justify anything he did to me and told me to get lost. Weird business model! He claims he only does insurance work when his business card clearly states otherwise. It's not hard to be civil. Steer well clear, especially if you enjoy normal communication with reasonably decent people. Harewood Panel and Paint round the corner are excellent.

Doesnt really even deserve 1 star to be honest with you. The worst customer service Ive experienced - this guy should not have his own business. Do not go here if you dont enjoy being told youre a liar.

If i could give this business a 0 star rating i would. By far one of the worst experiences iv ever had. Started off with a quick referral from my insurance company which should have been nice and easy, the owner called me a lair and told me the damage was caused by something else which clearly wasn't, didn't want to do the work and even tried to get me to pay for damage that was caused by accident. Absolute joke of a business steer well clear. Service: Painting
