Astonish Hair and Beauty

Visited Astonish for the first time today while on a work trip to Christchurch. Fantastic service from the friendly welcome to bright and very clean facilities. Had a manicure service with A+ service and really enjoyed the experience (especially the hand and arm massage). Lovely manicure and appreciated the advice when asked about looking after the manicure. Impressive range of products and a lovely team and welcoming vibe. Would definitely visit again. Highly recommend Service: Manicure

Very disappointed. Second time going there and had the formula from my old hairdresser on what I wanted. Told it would take a couple of visits to get it back to what I had. Understood that, but the last visit I left in tears so unhappy with the non colour in my hair after 2 hours. It was worse than the first appt that I had turned up for, so instead of going forwards towards the colour, we went backwards. No apology, no acknowledgment that I was so unhappy at all. Wont be recommending or going back.

Deb is extremely professional and always curs my hair perfectly... eith tight ringlets it hard to find such a proficient hairdresser !
