        Just had the worst scone I have ever had. I told the staff member who was lovely and he said we have had a lot of complaints and verbally apology, but no free voucher Terrible coffee culture you can do better

        Being busy is standard for this location so be prepared to wait. New staff in training on the register which was fine but for me I chose coffee culture due to their consistency of my standard order of a 6oz mocha - not much froth & very weak so this weekends visit was disappointing. If I wasnt travelling & it wasnt so busy I probably wouldve let the staff know, but Ill let it slide this visit in the hopes next time is better.
