Absolutely useless customer service, the app is pointless as half the time it won't save invoices. Then locked me out of desktop version saying I didn't have permission to access. Rang numerous times and on hold for eternity. Wouldn't recommend.

Absolutely hopeless, I have just wasted the better part of 2 days trying to get help with an upgrade which I now find out was no point upgrading, cannot go back to my previous accountright verision, billing is incorrect and have spend 125 minutes on the phone trying to sort this out, most of that time I was put on hold because the person I was speaking to outside of NZ was on hold themselves trying to contact billing. I asked for the contact phone number for MYOB in Christchurch as that is where I live, they said yes they would give me the number then transferred me to to another wait que which said wait time is at least 30 minutes, ended up hanging up as I have work to get on with.

I really like the MYOB product but their phone support is actually terrible. I have tried 5 times, on hold for over an hour on one call, to pay money after a change of credit card and they make everything very difficult. Given the NZ numbers send you to an Australian support team that can't assist with NZ payments it is near on impossible to get a result.
