Friendly and great service from reception and doctor. I was only in Christchurch for two days and needed a consultation on a painful jaw but also needed a clean before flying overseas in two days, no bookings available for the cleaning unfortunately. So I came in for the consultation and then doctor offered to do a quick clean before her next patient. Super super grateful for this as it was very difficult to get a clean while travelling, thank you so much!!

Amelia is a lovely person who is always kind and empathetic. I never worry about an upcoming visit because she does her best to make me feel as comfortable as possible. All the staff at Northwest Dental put me at my ease. I highly recommend the practice.

After going to Steve Simmons for years who retired a few years ago from this practise I was nervous about how well I would like his replacement Amelia and I am happy to say the transition has been seamless.
