Rung to get an appointment for just whenever they could fit me in and the lady Annie on the phone told me that they have absolutely none, I asked for even in two months or next year sometime and she still couldn't give me an appointment, found it very unprofessional as her stress just lost her a customer that needed thousands of dollars work. Absolutely appalling.

Went in for a toothache only to leave $420 less and a worse toothache. Visited another dentist and they fixed me up real quick for only $40.

I didn't go in but it's a great place to park next to. I will not hesitate to park there again !!

I first went to Lumino this time last year and was charged what I thought was an okay price for a clean up of my teeth. Around $179 This time I went in for the exact same procedure and was charged $218 and told that the previous price was due to being a new customer. The dentist themselves were thorough with the clean and with the info that I need to look after my teeth further. But the price hike was far beyond acceptable as a student.

Definitely 100% recommend Wairakei Dental - they added literally years to my actual real teeth. They'll probably outlast me as a matter of fact. Inexpensive, efficient, and super friendly service. Thanks team!
