What a wonderful journey we have had. My partner and I entered into a contract for Bainbridge to build our new home at Rolleston. This home was our dream house, a place to stay and be happy and to feature the heating, lighting and space to live that we always wanted. The design phase was positive and the team at Bainbridge assisted us greatly in getting the house plan finalized and the colours, house orientation, materials and project timing were quickly sorted. We felt positively involved in the construction phase and we also felt that our needs were listened to by Bainbridge At the final stages of the build we were very keen to get in before Xmas. We managed to achieve this and we wish to give a big shout of thanks to the Bainbridge team for the extra effort and attention. We are thrilled with the quality of the home and at the inspection after 12 months the defects were all minor and minimal. Thank you Bainbridge and especially Dave for making this work so well.
