The staff member was talking on her phone on speaker when I arrived this morning and served me with her mask down past her chin. She was friendly and polite but rather unprofessional service.

The lady who served me this morning was absolutely appalling. I felt embarrassed by her behaviour. I'm very much a Tank lover and have bought Tank smoothies from branches all over NZ and regularly tell tourists they should try out Tank, but after seeing how appalling the lady behaved today, I will no longer tell tourists to go there as I don't want them to have such a bad experience when they visit New Zealand. They'll think New Zealanders are crazy if they meet that awful person.

I haven't eaten here but I was picking up an order for delivery and they only had 1 person on for the lunch rush. I felt sorry for the lady. She was trying to fill my order while multiple people waited. I think this might be a health and safety issue with only having one person on. This falls on the owner not the employees. Soon another person walked in but still, I think the owner needs to hire more help.

I walked in and was ignored for a couple of minutes, then the first acknowledgement I got was the staff telling me I was ok to wait while they completed Uber eats orders. I would have been happy if they let me know and asked if I had time to wait, but there was just nothing. Bit of a bummer, food still good though.
