Our experience with these guys was shockingly bad and we regret ever engaging them. They were unable to follow their own planting plan. Where plants curved gently they planted straight rows and had to move them. We wanted the big plants out the front to give privacy instead they put them down the side and small ones out front. They even left out a whole section of plants - how you can miss a dozen plants?? They turned up unannounced and just started walking around the garden without even knocking. Best way to give a breastfeeding mum a massive scare. Knocking would be simple good manners? They couldnt deal with basic irrigation, under the eaves there is no rain, its bone dry. We told them this multiple times, but it took *months* for them to add a dripper line to these pants and a lot had died by then and had to be replaced. They tried to weasel out of their contractual requirements to replace plants at 6 months if they died. It took them 2 extra months to organise a visit and then tried to say it was past the 6 months cut off! Shocking. You know a company is never ever to be dealt with when they start saying "in good faith". No, no, no, no. It's your contractual obligation. They built a fence but forgot the locking screws in the aluminium panels!! It rattled nonstop. They installed the hinges wrong and the latch backwards - I know this for a fact as I got the manufacturer of the fence in to remedy things. They were speechless at these mistakes and fixed the panels for free. We had our entire garden ripped up and all plants to be disposed of. Instead they bagged up some nice specimens and said "oh xx wants these at her house". What?! Without asking?!! Sooo rude. No apology. Ridiculous price gouging - tried to charge us $1200 for a sandpit cover! I had one custom made and couriered to my door for $250. Very hard to get a hold off. I track my emails so I *know* when they read them and on what device... Even though they read them (and multiple times) it took forever to get a response/visit. We had an appointment with the managing director/owner but he arrived on the wrong day! He never followed up with us to ensure resolution of our concerns. Poor form indeed, and if it comes from the top, you can't really expect much from the rest of the staff can you? As other here have said if you value professionalism don't deal with these guys. If you value attention to detail, quality control, communication and knowledge then look elsewhere. If you value your SANITY, then stay well away. We are so glad to have them out of our lives. Consider yourself warned!!
