Being my local, I used the high flow diesel pump for the past 2 years Dissapoint that they changed "spend $80 =free coffee" to "spend $100 = 50% off coffee" And one time I was served hot milk instead of coffee.

Probably my most favored petrol station here in Christchurch the workers are always friendly and helpful which just makes the day seem so much better. Great customer service every day hard shoes to fill.

Literally walking up to the counter to order something, and the Indian guy told me to "wait", while he goes and puts coffees granules in his car. Are you actually kidding me? I'm a paying customer, not a waiting customer. Serving customers comes first before your coffee granules. I just walked out and wont be coming back

Travelled to this BP on sunday, early evening and when I asked for a coffee at 6:53pm was told the coffee machine was closed for the night, to start cleaning it. The attendant said sorry.. This station closes at 9pm, over 2 hours later. Since this station was sold to a new owner, the service has noticebly deteriorated, including long wait times, and food stock outs.
