worst neighbours ever, they built a great big garage 5 years after the quakes and said it was emergency quake rebuild, now it sounds like an industrial depot behind my house

Elderly neighbors had lost their power around 8pm, I was extremely concerned for them and didn't want them to not have power over night as their medical alarms would not be working. After doing some basic checks of their switchboard and confirming their bill was up to date, I figured it may have been an infrastructure fault. After calling the Orion 0800 number i spoke to Holly who was very good at interpreting the problem and promptly arranged a technician to attend. The technician was professional, very thorough and extremely knowledgeable at diagnosing the fault and getting power restored in about 20 minutes. 10/10 Orion a truly good caring Canterbury company many thanks!
