        If I could give a negative star response, I would. Dreadful, inefficient department. I ordered a small music score to be sent to me in Dunedin from Wellington - it arrived at NZ Post Christchurch Airport March 3, then back to Wellington, then back to Christchurch, and there it has sat despite three telephone calls from me...it's now March 22, and they refuse to sent the package on to Dunedin because ???? even though they have my address on record!

        The last couple of weeks I have had many parcels delivered.I would like to thank the female courier driver .I am sorry I don't know her name but every time she has been here she is all smiles and always has a friendly word.Ihope she gets to read this review as she deserves recognition. I did say something complimentary to her today but it's always nice to hear officially.Thank you Lynne Mytton

        What an absolute mission!!! Cant get hold of anyone who can help me!! Because its all an 0800 number and they all say they dont know. How hard is it to be able to contact the centre itself!! And be told in seconds what the go is. Open back up your centres phone so we can actually get a straight answer for if you are open to the public or not! Says on website you are
