Daniel is true to his words when he say that he understand how valuable time is and he works for his client and not the banks. Daniel does not sugarcoat the facts and that's what I appreciate. He is very honest in giving his opinions/suggestions/recommendations hence our mortgage application went smoothly. He provides timely updates and he knows that I'm always in a back to back meetings so I appreciate that he is very flexible and responsive every time I have adhoc clarifications or questions. I would definitely get his service again for my next property purchase :-).

My workmate refered me to a certain MA named Daniel Kuo with an excellent feedback so I decided to contacted him and it was pretty simple and easy to talk to, very straightforward, Daniel was very helpful and friendly in a professional way, our whole process was pretty smooth and we were not worried too much in terms of our finances presented..it was a stress free until the settlement days of our new house.. the timeline was efficient and organised..its a dream come true for us despite the crisis in NZ , a big thumbs up to this MA..
