Think they were understaffed, felt sorry for them. Lots of tables with dirty dishes on them and stacked onto the counter too. No iced water offered to us, in fact no water offered at all, no trim milk available as ran out, no spoons bought out with coffees. Service just wasn't good, although they were probably trying hard with obvious lack of staff.
