        My Osteopath is Mona, she is absolutely brilliant in what she has done for my troubled back and neck.Her techniques have worked wonders, with me being mostly pain free and now able to paticipate in things that I couldnt do before. I have tried everything to have more movement in my neck, but Mona has worked her magic and provided me with more freedom and confidence to do things I only dreamed about before. I thoroughly believe if you have neck or back issues get to Mona ans see what I'm talking about.

        I had lower back problems including sciatica after 8 years of rowing, I tried physios and chiropractors with limited/short term improvements. Liz is awesome and has given me a long term solution to manage my back pain and it no longer prevents me from living an active life style. The treatments are slightly on the expensive side bit well worth it.
