Ignition Health Private Gym

I am not usually one to go to the gym as I have never liked the experience at your usual gym with 100s of machines and blaring music. I initially joined to support my partner in getting in shape for our upcoming wedding. After meeting with Sam and getting a body scan we started working towards a healthier lifestyle with great support and motivation from Sam. He is very knowledgeable and pushes you without creating stress. The small class size means that each class is tailored to what the attending members need. After 6 months of classes I am enjoying it so much that I will keep going even after the wedding.

I really enjoy going to classes. Love mixing it up with boxing, burn zone and strength. Great staff !!

I've been doing evening sessions here for a few years now and have found it is a great way to stay active over winter and I am amazed at the strength and visible changes that I have achieved over that time. I've also found it to be a great social experience with Sam and other attendees being friendly and supportive. Highly recommend trying Ignition Health out to see if it suits you as well as it suits me.
