        Really upset with my groom. Asked for paws and bum to be trimmed only and picked her up with all her legs, ears and head cut short as well which we didnt ask for and a terrible job it is too. Cocker spaniel so we specifically said we are wanting to grow her traditional coat. A patch on her neck is right to the skin as well. Just a puppy and didnt need anything else done to her

        I want my money back. NO Stars for this place but it wouldn't let me post without the 1 star! My beautiful Cavachon went in for her first groom and I specifically asked her at least 4 times I do NOT want her shaved. I just wanted a very light trim all over. Granted, she had some knots behind her ears and under her arm but NOT over her whole BODY or her NOSE. I go to pick her up and I did not even recognise my own dog! She looks like a shaved poodle now! And I am beyond upset. She even shaved her NOSE!
