I've just been to Papanui station about a car accident I caused! They were very helpful and cheerful. An encouraging positive impression.

Went today at 3:30pm, station opening hours being 9am-4pm, as advised when I called Central office to check before going. But it was closed when I got there. No explanation for why. Someone else at the door had been to Hornby Police station, it was closed, so he'd come to Papanui. Called the phone outside, they essentially kept saying they'd try to get someone to come out. By 4pm noone did. Four other members of the public came to the Police station in the half hour we waited outside. All just had to leave. The phone operator suggested we go into the city Police station. Disappointing effort from the public servants.

It is not a good experience.I went the police station for reporting my lost.The lady who received me kept chewing gum during the whole process.It is really unprofessional in government department.When I got the acknowlegement note,I realised there are two mistakes.She even put the wrong location for my lost.I have nothing to say only left,because I lost trust in them.
