    Hopeless service and terrible experience. I had to go private to sort my health issue as these guys have no idea what theyre dealing with and keep charging you money.

    Highly Not recommend at all. Especially - Dr. Mona Goyal. She is dominant, rude and most of time not in mood to hear any kind of health issues and make the face and shows weird kind of expression with head node when we talking and nor show any concern even empathy- so unprofessional. Being my self always try to avoid her to not get any appointment with her but this time want to talk with GP as i was worrying about my health and an option was available with Dr. Mona on that day so. I took her appointment ASAP .. Feel Like targeting on money, Whenever meet her always ignored her behaviour. But this time when I have serious doubt and asked for test as been done by major clinic as they deduct some stones and stated that if any kind of pain bothers me in future , go to GP Again and explain everything so we will do ur test again. As Expected she didnt listen properly even said ; I have to pay for $ 400 to $600 for my kidney checkup because they dont have funds. I dont know what is that mean? As I am citizen and being a citizen and my eligibility allows me for funding. So, wondering why she always said you have to pay? When I try to raised a question, she replied back; I am here not to argue with you , Please leave the room. I was stunned. Even my wife was shocked with her behaviour and we left the room. This is the first doctor who says this kind of statement. My previous doctor from Auckland never treated my like that. And always willing to help in any kind of situations and always has concerned for her patient. Anyways- If I have to take Panadol or any pain killer so why we should visit doctor. We can buy painkillers from pharmacy. And If something serious cause the problem who will be responsible for it? .further more - Once I have also ignored her husband behaviour as I was stuck in traffic and late 10 mints but . And the Dr. Sheromani said; you Indians always late and this is not India. And I was shocked by his behaviour but in reply back; .do u really think this is the appropriate behaviour towards your patient and say this kind of words to ur patient and do the misbehaving. Seriously? But lately he called me back and did the apology over phone. So I also tried to let it be. But on other side As far we always wait in waiting room for 20 to 30 mints. Our time value doesnt coast but if we are genuinely stuck they get frustrated. As being a patient, we have rights to ask from our docts. Without hesitation about our health concern. If we are not comfortable with them so why they has been appointed as GP. their duty and responsibility to clearing everything and specify genuinely with well explanation not left behind in any kind questionable behaviour toward patients but whenever u trying to ask any kind of question from dr. Mona, she always trying to be rude and shows unethical behaviour. . Moreover, on reception senior citizen staffs behaviour also harsh and rude. They serves you as they are favouring you. For injection such as B12 or iron shots they charge from $15 to $20. This clinic is all about paying money in any steps by patients. Super disappointed. My question to NZ MEDICAL COUNCIL and to Bishopdale clinic if u guys are not willing to help in Any kind of circumstances please dont registered them and. Dont treat your patients like trash.
