Fast, reliable and helpful. Drew was very helpful from the start. This was our first home buying experience. He was happy to answer all our queries on time. He explained everything in a way it was easy for us to understand from making an offer to settling into the house. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and will totally work with him again in future.

Positive experience, resulting in a successful sale. Brendan was great to work with. He communicated well and kept us up to date throughout the three week campaign. Brendan followed up with clients and gave us honest feedback on the property and pricing. The day before the auction Brendan was supporting the buyer and making sure they were comfortable with the auction process. We would highly recommend Brendan to anyone thinking of selling their property.

Its never an easy process selling your home, especially in a bit of a tricky environment like we have at the moment. Cameron and the whole team at Harcourts gold - photographer, videographer, support staff, auctioneer were punctual, professional and personable. They all helped make a stressful time as pleasant as is probably possible. Communication around any queries was pretty quick and the weekly reports on the auction campaign were thorough. Cameron also took the time to call after each open home to give a quick run down which was nice. Overall we felt we were in good hands. It had been a long time since we had sold a home and it was a much better experience than we had previously. We hope not to put ourselves through it again for a while, but we would choose this team at Harcourts gold again and would definitely recommend to others.
