The food isn't bad but the customer service is shocking. The lady who booked our table on the phone was rude, when we got there the waitress didn't say hi, we waited a long time for our meals even though it wasn't busy. When we went to the counter to ask about the meals, the waitress didn't care much but what was worse was the older lady working on the bar (the same one who answered the phone) just yelled out "It's coming!" We don't mind waiting but polite communication is all that was asked for. When we left, again no hi, bye or thank you. Also bread was put on top of a meal that was ordered gluten free.
