        caravaning in our JAYCO Journey in Northland, bearing in jockey wheel collapsed. I rang Jayco Auckland Parts who said we would have to replace with a new one but none available for a month. So rang Jayco Canterbury who said I'll go across the road and get a replacement bearing and over night courier today. Great customer service from Phil, not from Auckland

        What a fantastic team. We arrived with a Warrant of Fitness issue which had just been picked up and Jayco fixed it on the spot we then headed back and received our new WOF. We cannot speak highly enough of the team and their outstanding customer service we were so appreciative of their assistance. We would highly recommend them for any of your Jayco needs.
