        Great team at CHCH Electric Bikes who spent much time with my partner, child and I customising our new e-bike. Best bike I have ever ridden and we are already getting great usage out of it. Thanks team!

        Unfortunately my experience was not the best here. On arrival, I turned up to the workshop expecting to be able to drop in my bike. I did not notice the (small) signs saying not to enter there (which I hadnt) and the staff became very annoyed when I simply asked hows it going. It got worse from there. They test rode the bike and eventually ended up trying to tell me the bike was OK and there was no issue, when there obviously still was as they hadnt actually done anything other than ride it. It took three bike shops to eventually find the issue, which is now sorted, but I wouldnt come back again because the staff are rude.
