I have had a few sessions with Amber, and I absolutely loved them. I say all the time 'why did I ever go to so many doctors appointments, when I could of just gone to a kinesiology session'. I felt so heard and seen every session, and feel SO much better. We worked with my over active nervous system & feeling incredibly stressed, to feeling super calm and stable now. Highly highly recommend.

I have been seeing Amber for a number of years now after a recommendation from a friend. She has also treated by husband and children. I find Amber a wonderful practitioner with a wealth of knowledge. She has helped me physically, mentally and spiritually through challenging times. I have been a patient of Ambers for at least 5 years after being recommended by a friend. She is intuitive, knowledgeable, compassionate and just gets me. The treatment at Centered Health is an holistic approach which aligns with my view on wellbeing.I have also had the pleasure of seeking treatment from Allison whose speciality is dry needling. I let the intial cost outlay of a first session put me off for a while, but once I started going to Dr Amber (Dr Allison is also EXCEPTIONAL) there was no price that could be put on what I got from these sessions. I believe central nervous system health and balance is the key to all health/mind/body issues. General Practice Doctors were no help with my 3 chronic health conditions, in fact, I'd say they actually harmed, where as Dr Amber changed my life in the very first session....and helped me create a new life of wellbeing. Kinesiology is not very well known, but it should be. Using our body's own messages and communication is where all wellbeing should begin. No matter what health or body or mind challenge I have...Dr Amber is where I always start. This type of care is the future of human health and happiness. If you feel a nudge make the investment in yourself.....you will wonder how you ever cared about cost, such is the life value you receive.
