Wouldn't even bother wasting your time getting a referal from the GP, wasted months trying to get my son seen. Service is so slack better off going somewhere else.

Absolutely hopeless. Not interested in making or keeping appointments and showed no empathy towards either child or parents. Office manager was rude and did not understand even the most basic requirements of the Privacy Act. Would give zero stars if it was available

We have had three appointments with Dr Colin Watt. He has always been professional, compassionate, and has always treated my child respectfully. My child trusts Dr Watt, which has not always been the case with other health professionals. The receptionist is also very friendly and helpful.

Waited ages to be seen, psychologist didnt listen to my concerns refused to see past her own views on homeschooling and proceeded to blame me for poor socialising of my child. My child said I dont like it here I want to leave. So we did very promptly. Would recommend you seek out other services for your child not child friendly at all.
