When I met with Stephen for Health Coaching, to discuss my health care concerns. He was open, non judgemental, and unbiased in the directions I wanted to go. Fully supportive and a wealth of knowledge to help direct and clarify my thinking and then opening up the decisions to come from myself. I felt hugely encouraged and confident to take my chosen path, knowing I had support as I did so. I highly recommend Stephen in both his Health Coach and Naturopathic role.

About a year ago, I went to see Stephen hoping to manage an over-reactive immune system and chronic stomach ache. During the consultation, Stephen was attentive to my health concerns and prescribed a thorough Wellness plan and a herbal formula. After taking his prescribed herbal formula for three months, my quality of life significantly improved, and I did not have my usual health issues for over a year now. I really appreciate Stephen's knowledgeable, positive and holistic advice and herbal formulas. I recommend it to anyone looking to deal with their health concerns more naturally and holistically.

after Explaining why i shouldnt eat certain foods , and suggesting that i try a new diet , being gluten free and Dairy free , after 1 month the unbelievable skin rashes that i had after the COVID injection have disappeared. the Dermatologist told me that i would need to take steroid's for a very long period , i didnt fancy that ,so tried this clinic .........magical is how i would describe it , excellent informative and very logical procedures .............i definitely would recommend this clinic to other people suffering and getting nowhere from your health professional
