        Ive updated my review as I received great customer service from Toni once I got through to the Christchurch branch by phone. Maybe please still take note of the below, Used to be a great bank unfortunately now every time you call you cant get through on the phone both the Christchurch number and 0800 number. Then they moved their branch into the central city so now theres no free parking and awkward to get to.

        The TAB bank in Christchurch are absolutely amazing. No matter which one helped me, if there was a problem there no hesitation to ask for help and first and always foremost in their minds was to get everyone out of the building. I have lived extensively overseas for most of my life and the original bank was 10 minutes drive. Now I try my best to not go in because it takes a lot of time. We are absolutely lucky that we have such an amazing bank to be sure about with confidentonal issues.Extremely well presented and never felt rushed ever. Would recommend this bank always because of what they have I intend to keep a lifetime using my wedding.

        Been with TSB for a few years, since that time theyve closed all their branch locations in Christchurch aside from one and dont operate on the weekend. Sadly, Ill take my business to another NZ bank.
