        Almost every time I visit they are out of stock of something or can't get it in, have been to plumbing world immediately and got the parts I need and they are well stocked, also I always seem to be waiting 20-30 mins to be served by someone at the trade counter, don't go here, go to plumbing world instead!

        Amazing service and great prices. Chris went above and beyond to get us a replacement thermostat for our very old water cylinder. An absolute legend!

        Hornby - small showroom, one staff member present on Saturday. Friendly but didn't seem to have much product knowledge about the toilets we were looking at. However, was helpful in referring us to their city branch. City (Montreal Street) - bigger & better showroom than Hornby. Would recommend going here instead of Hornby for the showroom specifically. Male staff member was nice & friendly, the right person to be customer facing. He had good product knowledge & was really helpful. Female staff member - helpful but too technical, put us on the spot a few times with her questions. Good product knowledge but at times she was too rigid in her approach. Will avoid her next visit.
