Lovely friendly experienced ladies who care. Very clean and hygienic salon, waiting room is homely and relaxing. I had a brain bleed a couple of years ago, they helped me build my confidence up again so I was able to get my waxing done. When I'm having my waxing done if my fatigue is high. They give me small breaks in between removing the wax. So I'm able to get through my waxing session. To me that is going the extra mile. If you like to feel important and cared for in all you beauty needs, this is the place for you. I high recommend you book in for some "You time" and let the ladies at body and soul take care of you. Thanks ladies for everything you do for me. I really appreciate it.

TLDR; disgusting salon, very un-hygienic, for a cheaper price I would rather go to a mall salon.Let me start by saying that it really pains me to have to write a negative review. I love supporting local, small businesses and was really excited to try a new salon. The reviews online looked really good and the website looked professional enough. When I got into the waiting room / nail table / area I started to question my decision but was still open minded until I was brought into the wax room. I had booked for a half-leg wax and a bikini wax. I was offered a paper g string (standard) and a box of baby wet wipes (?!?) and lay down on a bed that had two paper towels (from a kitchen roll) between my body and a linoleum bed cover. I was also given small, dirty, stained towels to cover myself and rest my head on. The beautician was the only saving grace - she was friendly and nice and I dont really have anything to say poorly about her service towards me. But the room was so disgusting - covered in old bits of wax everywhere and clearly extremely unhygienic. The wax was being melted in a croc-pot and as such it wasnt the right temperature and was very painful as it kept sticking to my skin and was hard for the beautician to remove. After my beautician finished, my dirty wax (filled with pubic hair ) was not disposed of immediately and instead left sitting next to the croc pot. All in all the most unhygienic beauty salon I have ever been to in my life, and I truly wouldnt write this review if not for the fact that I want to help save other women from feeling like they have wasted their money. For $20-$30 more I should have just gone to a professional, elite beauty salon. Instead, I feel gross and really disappointed to be even having to leave this review in the first place Services: Waxing, Intimate area hair waxing
