Very hit and miss depending on who you get. Today was not good and the last time I went wasn't good either. Got my eyebrows threaded and lip waxed and threaded. When I got to the car to check there were still lots of stray hairs on my eyebrows. I did get ask to check when I was in there and did ask her to do more again but due to the lighting in there couldn't see the remaining stray hairs until I got into the car. In addition to this, they wouldn't honor my slightly older customer card so wouldn't give me a stamp. The card I have you spend $20 and get a stamp. Apparently the new cards you need to spend $25. I spent $24 and they refused to give me a stamp and honor the terms of the card I was using. Services: Hair threading, Waxing

Visitted few times for waxing and every time they have pulled my skin off. and now they are asking me to remove the review if i dont Im not welcome to use their services and products..( ive a $25 voucher which they are refusing me to use) Worst customer services.
