Terrible customer service and maintenance. Even deleted my review and did not reply. I went there for a car service and door check as dashboard show faulty. Got check and all service done, recommended to replace door lock unit and oil leak. And i was happy to go ahead and paid to order the parts as recommendation. Drove back home to wait for the part arrive and found out the door fault disappear and working fine. Try to call them so many time to let then know but no reply. Then got a call when the parts all arrived went back and the girl happy to return the part and use the money had been paid to cover the oil leak fixing. However when i came back to pick up the car the manager told me can not return the door lock unit and had to pay for it plus the service for the oil leak. Now the part seating in my garage and not even use. Spent over $7K for 2 times services and not happy at all. Always brought the car there for service regularly but will not come back anymore
