Botched ear piercing! So disappointed!!! I trusted them with my daughter's first earpiercing. While they were nice enough, the piercer rushed through the process, pierced both ears at the same, time by herself, and the end result is a fail. Whether this is why it failed I don't know but, the piercings were too high. The stud, behind the ear, was right up against the conch. This meant there was no room for the butterfly, which popped off on both sides. Had I left them in, they would have caused ongoing irritation and issues. My daughter had to take her new earrings out and must now wait for them to heal before she can have them repierced. Perhaps better education, less emphasis on speed, and more focus on accuracy and correct placement would help avoid this. Tried contacting them for advice, and again by email to inform them of the error, without response. Luckily, another company was able to offer support and advice. I do not recommend! We went to Trendez so my 12 year old birthday girl could get her ears pierced. I was a little worried about taking kids into a piercing studio, but my concerns were unfounded. An excellent range of studs to choose from. She elected to go for both earrings at the same time, which was done by one technician using disposable gun thingees. 5 days later and my daughter is still buzzing!
