I don't usually waste the time doing bad reviews but honestly, when an experience is this negative I kind of have to. I can honestly say this is the least welcome I have ever felt anywhere that I am paying good money for (admittedly quite bad) food. The staff member who served me looked like she would rather throw me out a window, no hello coming in although there were maybe four customers in the entire place and no one seemed to want to take the order. Eventually ordered an iced americano and thought I'd try a weird option from the menu. A pizza bagel. The iced americano was absolutely fine. Nothing wrong with it. The pizza bagel was a kind of wet mushy bagel that looked and tasted like someone had put edam on old bread and put it through the oven (plus some salami mainly for texture not taste and sauce). The whole thing was soggy from the middle down and deeply unpleasant to eat. I didn't finish it and just left because there didn't seem any point trying to talk to someone and lofes far too short to eat bad food. I thought at first maybe because i wasnt in a suit they were just being snobby? But honestly you cant affiord to be snobby if thats what you serve. 0/10 do not recommend.

The staff weren't at all friendly on my first or second visits, so I tried again twice more just in case they were having bad days. Nope. They aren't really rude as such, just disinterested and not overly welcoming like you want places to be. Coffee is ok and food standard. But for me I would choose one of the other many places in the vicinity with a better and happier vibe.
