This nandos is more often than not closed. Ive been past 3 times and closed each time ... not great for business

I ordered family feast. One third of my fries was burnt. I asked hot for the ribs but they gave me hot for the whole grilled chicken so the kids was not able to eat and had to end up feeding them noodles. Really, I was not happy as I don't live near so I wasn't able to get it changed. This is first time ever this has happened as I have ordered from nandos like more them 20 times.

Reached there at 6:25 we were told to order in 5 minutes as kitchen closing at 6:30 when official closing time is 8:30 . People after us was literally told they are close and returning disappointed. More than 3 times I returned due to this issue. Food was ok . Quality of service is below 1 star since the day nandos riccarton management changed. Dear Nandos please change the management now or time is not far when your shop will be closed permanently.
