2 stars for the friendly service, quick phone response, as well as trading hours til late at night. The food could've been better, as some items we ordered tasted a little below average. Their milktea was so-so too, but portion and price was reasonable. Karaoke rooms could've been cleaner, although its price was ok for sure. Just that floor carpet was too sticky, and the tables inside were messy and seemed to be unsanitised. There weren't instructions regarding how to use the karaoke as well, I hope there would be in the future - when you think about first-time customers and also considering the language of the machine was mainly in Chinese. Overall, experience in this place could've been better.

The restaurant let a group of Chinese people playing Karaoke in the dining space. It was horrendously noisy, but they dont care about other customer which is shameless. Will never go again.
