when I was instore I welcomed by one of your staff members, but that was all the customer service I received after reading some of the other reviews I can see why, but honestly I feel any customer, no matter how they look, at least deserves some service, even if not asked

Wanted to pass on my appreciation of the solo young woman running the Cashel Street branch in Christchurch this morning 12 March Saturday - I was there between 10.00 & 10.40. The staff member was genuine, warm, helpful (while assisting several people simultaneously), and knowledgeable (regarding the brand). I did not get her name, however she was the only one there at that time. I have passed the on to head office.

This shop is disappointing. They seem to always shut earlier than their actual opening hours. I knew what I wanted unfortunately they locked their doors like 20 minutes earlier before their closing hours while I could still see the staff in the shop. Wow, looks like they didn't need any sales! Then, I tried to call them to check the stock availability the next day between 3pm - 4pm and no answer despite the multiple calls. This is shocking. Nothing like the Riccartons branch.
