        This company has a very demeaning owner. If you get the wrong size or need to change anything he put me down & complained while telling me that I was a huge nuisance. So look out if you get the wrong size & need to change it. They would not change my $219.00 top which had not been worn! I had bought 4 articles this winter totally well over $1000.00 & Hamish( the owner) put me down when I asked if I could change something for a larger size. This man is very unkind & nasty to the customer unless you take whatever he posts! If the size is wrong you are going to be in for a miserable time if you ask to change the garment. I have worked in customer service for a very world classed company which won top awards. The owner, Hamish, at Hawkesbury Rd gives very very demeaning comments to the customer. He is so nasty.
