At the time of consultation and build, we asked for a ventilation system to be installed, and were abruptly told no, we would not need one, as it was a brand new home, with double glazing. Well two years on, we had condensation and water, running down the inside of our bedroom windows in the morning. Most annoying and frustrating to say the least. "However", Thankfully now, Golden Homes have agreed to help contribute financially, toward some improvements in the ventilation within our home, with window security, and a Losnay Air and Heat Transfer System. This is Wonderful, and Most Greatfully Appreciated. Thankyou Golden Homes for assistance in this matter. Very Professional and Responsive. Cheers.

The old man driving your company car, plate "POP IN", was speeding in Chch city centre today. It reflects badly on your company image. If you don't follow road rules - what other corners are Golden Homes cutting? The speed limit on Rollstone Ave is 30 km. Maybe he was unaware and didn't see the signs, but if so, he needs to retake his driver's test/and go to Spec Savers. It's been 30 km since 2016 (did he forget? Again, retake your test if you're forgetting things). You are not more important than everybody else. Don't break the road rules.
