There is no disappoint in losing any of your houses. There are many options out there in the market. We have a good budget to buy a very good new home. The disappoint is your sales team behaviours toward the customers. Your sales offices give wrong information regarding the Welcome home loan. The way they speak to your customers is very ignorant. The way you show their homes is a quick look-through. Sales team and main office do not have good communication. Sales team having a judgemental attitude. Sales team sells properties whoever they like. They like to sell what they want not what the customer want. I am glad we did not buy houses you want us to buy because there are very nice well-reputed companies out there that provide excellent customer service who willing to sell their houses. We were so lucky to have them, not Flecther living ( Awatea Green). There is no intention to buy any houses from you and will not recommend anyone to buy your Awatea Green project as well.

We had a really bad experience with this company sales team. Christchurch Awatea green sales staff are the worst sales representatives you can ever met. They want people to buy what they want not what customer's want. They hide good properties . This is a semi government project but they hide houses and do not give proper information to customers. They change decisions, facts every single day. They also give wrong information as well. Very bad and the worst . Not only was that they were biased , rude and had a racist attitude towards customers which personally to me was a huge disappointment , I would not recommend this company to anyone as if customers are going to be treated this way there is no pointing buying a house with them. DON"T TRUST THE FLETCHER LIVING SALES TEAM ! (Awatea Green)
