I dont normally write reviews however the service I received today at Mecca was outstanding. Nicola helped my friend and I find basic skincare products as we had no idea what we were looking for. She was kind, friendly, and very helpful, not to mention patient. She made sure that we understood what she was talking about and answered all of our questions. Todays experience was by far the best customer service experience I, or my friend, have ever had and Nicola truly went above and beyond and made our day. She wrote everything down for us, including the names of products that we hadnt bought but were given samples of and made us two ignorant teenagers feel comfortable in asking for help. This woman deserves a raise Thank you Nicola, Abbi and Katie

I just wanted to leave a positive review for the beautiful lady who served me a couple of weeks ago. I have forgotten her name but she was so attentive, warm and genuine. Coming back in a few days to buy the foundation she gave me a sample of. The area was clean, bright and all products were displayed well. Thank you!

Have just found Glamzilla on youtube aka Stephanie Valentine. Talk about wonderful!!! She was showing us how she gets her glow. She looks absolutely beautiful and with the best personality. I wanted skin just like hers. She mentioned glow recipie and now I'm hooked. Mine just arrived in the post today the toner and the dew drops. WOW I absolutely LOVE it. Love from New Zealand
